Refund & Exchange Policy

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MERCHANDISE TAG.

Merchandise can be exchanged or refunded ONLY ONCE at the original selling price at any Giordano store in Saudi Arabia within 7 days of purchase, provided it is not used, washed, or altered.

In case of credit card refunds, the amount will be credited back to the account within 14 working days.

Gift Vouchers

Giordano gift vouchers can be purchased from any of our stores. Please contact our cashiers for further details.
